Angie's Broccoli Beef

Ingredients
- 1 pound thin beef (I used rib eye)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons white wine
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves smashed and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 bag thawed broccoli florets
- 1 can pineapple tidbits
Directions
- Add the liquid to the crockpot. Chop up the garlic, add to mixture. Stir in spices.
- Slice meat into thin strips. Toss in the liquid and spice mixture to coat thoroughly.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, depending on the cut of meat. Thicker pieces will take longer.
- An hour before serving, add entire bag of broccoli and pineapple, cover and cook on high for one hour.
- Serve over rice
