Angie's Broccoli Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thin beef (I used rib eye)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves smashed and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 bag thawed broccoli florets
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits

Directions

  1. Add the liquid to the crockpot. Chop up the garlic, add to mixture. Stir in spices.
  2. Slice meat into thin strips. Toss in the liquid and spice mixture to coat thoroughly.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, depending on the cut of meat. Thicker pieces will take longer.
  4. An hour before serving, add entire bag of broccoli and pineapple, cover and cook on high for one hour.
  5. Serve over rice
